Medical Show
Appropriated footage from several medical documentary programs on televion, interspersed with clips of the advertising sponsors that support the shows. The result is a juxtaposition of femininity, motherhood and clinical views of the body.

Short video collage bringing together various symbols of affection and commercialism.
Xmas Frill
Graphics of ornaments, along with sounds of Christmas holiday, create a cacophony of noise that fill the screen with texture and layer.

Television game shows, lottery drawings, and commercials combined and arranged as a reflection of the desire to win big with games of chance.

Combining images from various commercials to create a flickering picture of perfection, empowerment and social acceptance.

Using recordings of my own voice, visitors can create rhythmic hums and mummers by moving the mouse around. Click the mouse to refresh the screen and start over again.
Boy Meets Girl V.2
A non-interactive digital poem that contemplates relationships among family members and the people that surround them.
Earshot
An interactive digital poem with sound. This is another mouse driven piece, wher a poem activated by moving the mouse to see the individual words making up each line of the poem. Clicking the mouse will randomly load another line of the poem. The words interrupt each other to create a stuttering performance.
Order
An early interactive piece that combines video clips and animated text to create an environment that plays with stillness and noise. Activated by mouse movements and clicks.
Video Keyboard Poem
Video clips and nursery rhymes are mapped to the letter keys of the keyboard. Hold a key down to display the clips frame by frame, across the screen.
Hyperbody
Graphics of body organs, along with cutout photos of myself and my collaborator, are recombined into organic collaged image. The piece reacts to motion detected through a webcam.
Alpharhythm
Each word of the poem is mapped to a key a-z. As a key is held down, that word is displayed and spoken. New sounds and compound words are created when multiple keys are held simultaneously.
ID
A flicker image poem that also plays with silence and blank space within the poem by incorporating random placements of white space between the flickering elements. Click the mouse to add a new word or video frame to the screen, one at a time, but at a random point of time along the sequence.
